Lolita by Vladimir Nabokov, tells the story of Humbert Humbert, a professor who develops an obsessive passion for his stepdaughter, Dolores Haze, whom everyone calls Lola .. or better known as Lolita.
Lolita. This book is beautiful. Lolita is beautiful, and is the price we must pay for its beauty. I must say that the movie is NOTHING compared to the book. Lolita is one of my favorite books, not to say, my favorite besides Sherlock Holmes and The Book Thief. Ah, lo-li-ta.
